The tifo and light show
Much has been said about the club's southern position since the first stadium plans were released.
Few grounds have a single level stand and this will surely be a big advantage for the club over the next few years in its new home.
Liverpool and Borussia Dortmund are two of the clubs that have one and they both generate an incredible atmosphere, especially at European parties.
The Spurs have decided to do the same for the first European match of the N17, while the latter were famous for their performances in tifo before the matches of Champions League and Bundesliga.
Before the two teams exited the tunnel, the fans then raised the plastic bags donated by the club to spell "To Dare Is To Do" during the presentation of the Champions League anthem.
It was a sensational show and club supporters can certainly look forward to some other shows in the future.
Steward celebrates the safeguarding of Lloris
Hugo Lloris' penalty kick could turn out to be a turning point in the quarter-final match, with the Spurs taking a decisive 1-0 lead over Etihad Stadium.
The home crowd was taken aback in the air. Bjorn Kuipers chose the penalty box, without any play from City. Raheem Sterling's shot hit Danny Rose's arm.
Fortunately, it did not cost much since Hugo Lloris has managed an incredible stop preventing Sergio Aguero to trigger scenes of jubilation in the ground.
A video uploaded to BT Sport's Twitter page shows supporters of the South Stand to go crazy while the Frenchman saves on his left, with a steward wearing a fluorescent jacket that also jumps for joy against Aguero.
No doubt his boss will not be too happy!
The invader pitch
One of the negative points in the final stages of the game was the pitch invader who managed to clear his way up to the center line to face Fabian Delph.
Man from Man City was less than impressed and Mauricio Pochettino even went on the field to talk to the man about his actions.
What was worrying was the ease with which he managed to get to the field without any steward chasing him.
He was quickly removed, but one of the neighborhood booth stewards of the north decided to help him a bit too late.
In fact, the invader was already far from the field at the moment when the intendant decided to make a final departure and he was greeted with ironic cheers as he walked timidly.
The club is now facing disciplinary sanctions from UEFA for failing to prevent the man from entering the field.
Lloris saves the day
The few difficult weeks for Lloris after the costly mistake he made at Anfield late last month.
After conceding early against Liverpool following a bad blow, the Lilywhites lost the match at the last minute thanks to a goal from Toby Alderweireld.
Mohamed Salah's head should have been easily saved by Lloris, but he pushed back the ball, which touched the Belgian and spun over the line.

The goalkeeper played a crucial stop and we could talk about a different score if Aguero had found the bottom of the nets.
What is impressive is that Lloris saved the last three penalties he faced in 2019.
Nisant Jamie Vardy at Wembley in early February, the 32-year-old continued his exploits by also saving Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Aguero.
Lloris is expected to be in shock from the second leg and a new performance from his performance in Dortmund last month may well be needed.
