Two national officers of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) will be briefed on YEN.com.gh has learned.

The national chairman of the party, Samuel Ofosu Ampofo, and deputy national communications officer, Kwaku Boahen, are facing charges with regard to the infamous leaked tape.

During the course of the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) in March 2019, Ofosu Ampofo was involved with a threat of harm, conspiracy to commit harm, rioting and badaulting a public officer, and granted a lease in a sum of GHC400,000 with two sureties .
