In one of her latest posts on Instagram, Dr. Pimple Popper, also named dermatologist, Dr. Sandra Lee, is facing another large group of blackheads on a patient's nose.

This should not be confused, you notice, with last week's "blackhead bonanza", but for fans of this particularly rude video slot, it's almost as satisfactory. As the doctor says in his caption, "Happiness is good black #heads moves! #Satisfaction satisfied." Yes, as my grandmother said.

These black spots are, say, Wall to push it. The sound comes out nothing to the imagination, capturing each last eruption of pus while Dr. Lee wipes out the blackheads one by one with his blackhead removal tool. "I'm not really pushing hard, he's sensitive, they pull out very easily, they're ready to go out," she says. "Everything will come out very easily."

Blackheads are one of the most easily identifiable skin problems Dr. Lee has addressed in his frequent posts on Instagram. As the pores of your nose are larger, they are more prone to sebum and dead skin cells that clog them. Fortunately, blackheads are still relatively easy to avoid. (Whatever you do, just do not try to squeeze it yourself – in all likelihood, this will only make things worse and could even cause scarring.)

As Heather Rogers of Modern Dermatology had previously advised Men's health, you can keep your face free of blackheads by exfoliating every night with a bubble watch, drying your skin with retinol cream overnight and applying a charcoal mask once or twice a week. (We like this one from Origins.)
