FRANKFURT (Reuters) – The chairman of the supervisory board of Commerzbank Thursday criticized the dissatisfaction of the board with the chief executive of the bank.
"Rumors and speculation about staff changes are fabricated," bank president Stefan Schmittmann said in a statement sent to Reuters.
"Such allegations are irresponsible and unworthy of discussion," he said.
