The parliamentary minority rejected the recommendation regarding the approval of the newly appointed Minister for the newly created Bono Region, Ms. Evelyn Ama Kumi-Richardson.

According to a report submitted by the Appointments Committee to the House, the decision to approve it can only be approved by a majority.

His approval was suspended last month because of his university degrees, among which 18 others who crossed it.

In addressing the House, Committee Chair Joseph Osei Owusu indicated that the candidate had now been cleared of any wrongdoing by the Auditor General.
