The third stage is when the body begins to fall into a deep sleep and is characterized by the moment when the body begins to heal and repair itself. The fourth step is similar to the third and involves healing and repair, just like the fourth. The fifth stage is the one where the dream occurs and is called rapid eye movement sleep (REM). A sleep cycle does not involve pbading these steps once, you can go through these steps several times during a sleep cycle.

What types of dreams do not say anything about the quality of our sleep?

Black and white dreams as opposed to color dreams do not say anything about the quality of your sleep. In addition, the fact that, if you remember or do not remember your dreams, may not be related to the quality of sleep. The lucidity of your dreams also has little connection to your quality of sleep, but some studies suggest that the techniques used to control lucid dreaming can have an impact on the quality of your sleep.
