Wholesale-price inflation rose for the second month in a row, reaching 3.18% in March on higher food and fuel prices, government statistics released on Monday revealed. Wholesale price index (WPI) inflation was 2.93% in February. It was 2.74% in March 2018. Food price inflation has hardened with the sharp rise in vegetable prices in March 2019
