A nurse, Olivia Pharo, used her pension and opened a clinic to help her community obtain affordable medical care.
Pharo retired from his position as a nurse at Wesfleur Hospital in South Africa after 24 years.
However, instead of using her pension to enjoy her retirement, the 49-year-old mother of two has opened a clinic in Atlantis, more than 50 kilometers from Cape Town.

News24 reported that the medical facility, named Sister Pharo's Clinic, aims to provide affordable care to the community.
"My goal is to provide a one-stop service that meets the needs of the entire community of Atlantis and surrounding areas," she says.
