'Arrow' Recap Season 7 Episode 18: Does Katie Cassidy Go Back?

This week's episode inspired by Birds of Prey saw the return of Earth-Two Laurel into a criminal life after working hard to emulate his terrified doppelgänger from Earth-One and pretending to be the Star City attorney. The sudden turnaround and the SCPD-ordered manhunt for the offending murderer sparked fierce dissension between Felicity – one of Laurel's champions – and Dinah, who became at best "enemies" with the woman who last season was forced to kill his boyfriend Vincent.

Felicity remained firm in her determination to believe in Laurel's derailed bow of redemption and had even recruited Laurel's (and formerly Canary's) real sister Sara Lance to help her prepare for Black Siren. Sara herself had some skin in the game, wanting to make sure that Laurel's real name was not dragged into the mud. Shadow Thief wanted bigger fish, but wondered if Black Siren was really back and as bad as ever.
