President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo seems to have trampled social media on some Ghanaians who accuse her of "ignoring" flood victims in the country and paying more attention to France.

The president in a tweet wrote:

The Ghanaian people and I are shocked by the announcement of the destruction of the great Notre Dame Notre Dame Cathedral, one of the most iconic buildings of world civilization, and extend our sincere condolences to the President @ Emmanuel Macron and the French people for their great loss.

However, some people are not enthusiastic because they believe the president should have sympathized with the families of the seven people who lost their lives after the Sunday flood.
