Belle Gibson, a cancer crook, will be brought to court to explain her failure to pay a $ 410,000 fine for deceiving Australians.

She has also lied to well-meaning consumers, asking her to donate money from her Whole Pantry app and sell books to various charities, including a boy with inoperable brain cancer. .
Although Gibson received $ 440,500 in sales from her app and book, she only donated $ 10,000 to a charity.
She and her company Inkerman Road Nomeses – which went into liquidation – began making small donations only after the media began questioning her claims.
Judge Mortimer warned Gibson that in November, the non-payment of the fine would make him liable to imprisonment, seizure of property or any other punishment.
The judge scathingly described the fraudster as "an incessant obsession with herself" when she pronounced her sentence in September 2017.
Judge Mortimer stated that Gibson had not only attempted to gain sympathy for her own cancer, but that she had portrayed herself as generous and selfless for people to buy her products.
The judge stated that her refusal to apologize or attend any of her hearings testified to how she had placed her own interests ahead of those of others.
Consumer Affairs Victoria sued Gibson and its company Inkerman Road Nomineses.
She could have faced a fine of up to $ 1.1 million.
