One study found that Ceylon or Sri Lanka is one of the most potent anti-inflammatory foods available. Sprinkle generously with cinnamon in coffee, tea and milk, and on the foam of your slats. You can use it to add a sweet flavor to hot and cold cereals, as well as to cooked root vegetables and squash.
Pure cocoa powder is the ideal, low-calorie way to get an excellent chocolate flavor. Whip it in milk – soy, milk or nut – for a hot or cold drink. To add spices, add healthy cinnamon and a hint of cayenne pepper.
