The former soap mannequin, Ned Porteous, found love with actress Lucy Heath.
The Emmerdale star – who played Joe Tate in the soap opera ITV – is dating the young American after meeting her in the United States.
He shared a very expensive photo with the lady in question from California yesterday.

A source told The Sun newspaper: "It's the beginning, but Ned really likes to go out with Lucy.
"They recently went to America looking for work and became very close.
Ned generally likes to keep his love life private, but he has brought Lucy to various events in London and Los Angeles.
"They have a lot in common with their acting job and form a beautiful couple – it's just the fan of Ned who is defeated!"
Ned's is headed to the United States to try to land acting roles, but he hoped to have some well-deserved free time first.

He said earlier: "I have not been on vacation for a very long time, so I am desperate to leave for America.
"I have some executives out there, so I want to try the American casting system, and then spend a few days on vacation.
"I think I'll turn off my phone, go climbing, go camping, go fishing."
It was thought that Joe of Emmerdale had a grim ending at the scene of his release last year – but it has now been revealed that he is still alive.

Speaking when the scenes were aired, Ned insisted that he liked being part of the dramatic scenario.
He shared: "It was extremely exciting to film all the above because there had been a lot of preparation up until now.
"We knew how this scenario unfolded for many weeks in advance, so we had a lot of time to prepare ourselves emotionally for what was going on in the scripts.
"But I think I have personally focused on the work and the production of very good final scenes.
"I guess I really did not think much about going away."
