Grieving Malin Andersson admitted that she struggled to fend for herself by saying "loneliness kills".

The Love Island beauty, 26, published a series of emotional messages on social media the same day as the investigation into the death of her close friend Sophie Gradon.

Malin, whose little daughter, Consy, died tragically in January, said she "hated" being alone but was trying to take advantage of it to preserve her sanity.

She shared a tweet saying simply "Loneliness kills", which seemed to refer to Sophie.

In her Instagram stories, Malin wrote, "So, being always alone is something I've always hated, I'm struggling with it.

"I always want to be with someone, whether with friends, family or a boyfriend, but last week I forced myself to have time and it's not that bad It's good for one's health to find the happiness of being alone.

"I think the night is the worst for me, the spirit is shifting to the next level.

"But one thing I learned is that you can be surrounded by a lot of people and you can stay alone. These people are not good for you.

Malin then recorded a video of herself after receiving "many messages" from people who shared the same feeling.

She continued, "If anyone is watching this video, I'm alone in bed at home, reading my magazine and going to bed, if I can do it, you can too."

Malin seemed to be in a dark mood yesterday, the same day as the investigation into Sophie's death.

Northumberland South's chief coroner, Eric Armstrong, ruled that the Love Island star was committing suicide after taking cocaine and enough alcohol to put her two and a half times over the legal limit.

Recently, Malin confessed that she had almost committed suicide after the death of her beautiful little daughter, Consy.

She had given birth by emergency caesarean section 33 weeks after noticing that her baby had stopped kicking, but tragically, Consy had lived only four weeks.
