Three professional filmmakers have hired Apple for the latest clip of the series "Shot on iPhone". The video shows images of animals and landscapes impressions under sometimes very unusual perspectives.
Do not mess with Mother (Earth)!
"Do not mess with the mother" for example: "Do not mess with mother (Earth)!" – is the clip of a little over a minute titled as the collective "Camp4" shot with an iPhone XS. Directors Anson Fogel, Renan Ozturk and Tim Kemple present desert landscapes and snow-covered mountain regions, but especially fast moving images. You can see wild horses galloping on the iPhone or a herd of elephants.
Blows under water and slow motion
The underwater shots are particularly impressive. They show a crocodile and sharks shooting on the surface, apparently filmed closely. The start of an avalanche in slow motion as well as the close-ups of a rattlesnake and a carnivorous plant, which contains an insect, are also fascinating to watch. Everything is covered with metallic sounds, which gives the video an additional dynamic.
Professional equipment taken to help
To achieve such results, professional equipment has been used in addition to the iPhone XS. Apple points out in the video that "additional hardware and software" have been used. In all likelihood, these were lenses, ruffles and other high quality accessories.
A whole series of video clips
"Do not Mess With Mother" is the latest work in a series of videos that the Californian manufacturer has published so far under the slogan "Shot on iPhone". In the previous clips, one could see in particular Maldives impressions, but also a short experimental band. One video was dedicated to hockey player Mitch Marner, another showed surf images in Cuba.
