Evangelist Irene Cobina Nartey, an evangelist from the Shukura Methodist Church on the Larterbiokorshie circuit, asked Christians to forgive one another as they celebrate the death of Jesus Christ on the cross.
She said that God's greatest love was portrayed in Christ through his death.
Jesus, she said, did this so that humanity could be forgiven and recover what she had lost because of sin.
Addressing to the congregation, the Evangelist Nartey said, while they were celebrating the death of Jesus Christ, that Christians should confess their sins, leave their burdens on him and forgive themselves and s & rsquo; Love each other.
"The death of Jesus Christ is the cause that brings all the blessings we enjoy on earth, especially the cause that brings all the real salvation."
"When Jesus Christ said it was over, he was trying to say that all our suffering ended because of our sins. Our sins have been forgiven on the cross. "
Evangelist Nartey urged Christians to be law-abiding, God-fearing, to help one another build a nation and to leave a decent life in society in order to obtain more blessing and benefit favors of God.
Good Friday marks the day Christians around the world commemorate the death of Jesus Christ.
