At Wesley Methodist Cathedral in Sekondi, the very reverend Georgina Mensah Brown, the second minister of the Church, urged Christians to trust only in God and not in man.

Predicting the seven words on the cross, Reverend Brown called on believers to give their lives to God and to recognize him in all that they did to receive salvation.
