Kevin De Bruyne suffers another injury loss against Tottenham

Kevin De Bruyne's injuries continued after the Manchester City star's enforced disappearance at the kickoff Saturday at Noon against Tottenham.

The Belgian international has suffered a stop-start campaign at Etihad Stadium, but has recently shown signs of returning to its best level.

But De Bruyne only held 37 minutes of the Premier League match with Tottenham, after seeming to roll his ankle by shooting at goal.

The 27-year-old was in discomfort and when he received possession of the ball he shot the ball into the stands, sat on the deck with a grimace and was immediately replaced by Fernandinho.

He now has doubts about the Manchester derby midweek against United.

This injury is the last of a long series suffered by the Belgian this season after initially torn a knee ligament in August.

He missed Manchester City's next ten games before suffering a knee injury in November. De Bruyne is also injured hamstring in March.
