Vice President, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia
Vice President Mahamudu Bawumia said the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) would not succumb to what it calls blind criticism from the opposition.
According to him, the criticism of the government aims to harm the good development projects led by the government of President Nana Akufo Addo.
The Vice President who was addressing a Mini Durbar of party followers in Obo Kwahu in the Eastern Region after a march for unity, said that it was clear that NPP policies such as Free SHS, 1D1F, a village, a dam, are good for Ghanaians
"We will leave no room for hypocrisy. We have not finished yet. There is still a lot of work to be done, but we do not want to listen to those who tell us that Free SHS is not good, that stipends for teacher-nurse trainees are not good, that NABCO is not good. No! We will follow the vision of Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo. "
Open your eyes, I fulfill my promises – Nana Addo to the critics
President Nana Akufo-Addo said that she would keep all the promises he made to Ghanaians to shame his critics.
Nana Addo noted that since he had taken charge of the country's administration, his government had launched many social intervention programs aimed at reducing the unemployment rate in the country.
He said his opponents were unable to do what they were supposed to do when they were in power and therefore doubted that the NPP government would be able to fulfill its promises.
"When you create the regions, you all know that my opponents have said that I was only luring Ghanaians to get votes. Have not we created the regions? We said Young in afforestation and planting for food and employment, we did them. All I promised, they said I can not do it. I always have a headache when I hear people say that. I will fulfill my promises one by one to shame my critics, "said Nana Akufo-Addo.
"You can do your propaganda but the reality will expose you" – Mahama to the government

Mahama praised his government's accomplishments during his tenure, adding that the CND had capable people who managed the economy while putting in place a strong defense for its former members.
He said; "You can do all the lies and propaganda of the economy that you like, the reality of people's lives will expose you."
