BOSTON – Saturday marked the tenth day of the Stop & Shop workers' strike.
Negotiations between the company and the union continued on Saturday night.
Neither party, however, has released any updates since Friday night.
Meanwhile, on Saturday, Stop & Shop announced that he was donating toys, sweets and Easter baskets to children in need for the holidays.
They also indicated that some stores would be open on Sundays from 8 am to noon.
Striking workers seek better wages and benefits.
And their strike has drawn the attention of many people, including former Vice President Joe Biden, Senators Elizabeth Warren and South Bend, Mayor of Indiana, Pete Buttigieg, who have rallied to the workers.
The union of employees said Thursday was the last paycheck for workers.
