Pastor Eric Appah Marfo of Resurrection Power and Living Bread Ministries International, a Cape Coast affiliate, urged Ghanaians to be the driving force of change around the world.

Giving the sermon on the theme of "The Risen Christ" on the Sunday of the Resurrection, Pastor Marfo quoted Luke 24: 1-12 and stated that the resurrection of Christ was accompanied by a new type of instruction asking him to represent it everywhere.

"Until then, Christ sent his disciples to a small group of people, but after his resurrection everything changed. In Matthew 28:19, Jesus asked us to go out and make disciples of all nations. Indeed, we should let everyone hear his kindness towards humanity.

"Christ's instruction did not mean that we all had to become evangelicals. Not everyone can be an evangelist, but as we go about our daily activities, we must be the vehicle of change in our world and allow people to see Christ in us. If, because of your attitude, people speak badly about Christ, you have failed as a witness. "

"Show love where there is hate, show leadership where there is confusion and disorder. Be that personality that everyone around you admires for his leadership and direction. Work hard to do what you have to do and leave a mark, "he said.

He explained that the resurrection of Christ meant first that sin had been destroyed and that our world was moving towards redemption and not destruction. Second, it also gave us the power to witness to Christ and to proclaim hope in a dying world. victoriously in this world, no matter the circumstances.

Pastor Marfo explained that the resurrection of Jesus from the dead was the central fact of Christian history.

He said that the church was built on the resurrection of Christ; without this, there would be no Christian church today.

"Christians can be very different from each other. they can have many beliefs about politics, lifestyle and even theology. But a central belief unites and inspires all true Christians: Jesus Christ is risen, "he added.

The pastor encouraged the congregation not to doubt the promises of God concerning their lives, because the resurrection of Jesus brought much joy and deepened our faith in Christ, knowing that our Savior has risen as He promised .

He said that we should be encouraged knowing that everything God said about our health, our finances, our business, our academics and our marriage would come true and God would never lie.

He pointed out that the Easter period was not a period of life for oneself, but rather a period of reflection and evaluation of the extent of God's love for all humanity.

"It is not the moment to defile you with all sorts of vices. Use this time to draw closer to God and live for him. Life is too short to be ruined by useless things, "he advised.
