For a man, his Fiesta parade point is a year-round project

The Fiesta is in full swing and people are now preparing for the parades. The parade of the Cavaliers is Monday. But Eyewitness News reporter Vanessa Croix has met a man who spends the entire year preparing for one of the oldest and most important parades in the country.
