Apostle Samuel Vidzro-Kaboo, general overseer of the City of International Glory and Minister of Prayer, emphasized the need to use the Easter season for reconciliation and renewal of empty relationships.

He said it was when people were forgiving and working in unity that the country could progress.

Apostle Vidzro-Kaboo spoke at the end of the Achimota Church's Easter Convention of the year in Accra on Sunday.

He said the world today must accept the message of reconciliation between God and humans, but also between human beings.

The overseer urged the public to stay away from negative attitudes and tendencies detrimental to national development.

He called on Ghanaians to use this celebration to overcome all negative or harmful tendencies and to consider themselves members of the same nation.

Apostle Vidzro-Kaboo also urged Ghanaians to avoid all ethnocentric tendencies, actions and statements that would not bring peace to the country.

He said that the first gift of the risen Christ to his disciples was peace and therefore urged Ghanaians to pray and work for the realization of peace in all areas of their lives.

Apostle Vidzro-Kaboo urged politicians to show modesty and base their speeches on issues likely to promote peace and unity.

He called on drivers to refrain from driving under the influence of alcohol in order to save lives and property.

Apostle Vidzro-Kaboo said that the church, as part of its social responsibility, had been able to provide the community with streetlights at the cost of 4,000.00 GH ¢ and that it was not necessary for the church to provide the community with streetlights. she also offered free medical screening.
