James Silver joins the gym after the weight warning

James Silver is enrolled in a boxing club after being warned that his weight gain had put him in the "death row".

The chilling prediction of a weight loss expert pushed the TOWIE star to join the Peabad Boxing Club in London, where a session costs only £ 4.

"I was warned that I was in the" death row "because of my weight gain!" he wrote on Instagram, sharing pictures of himself in the boxing ring.

"Today, my life is changing and I'm back in the boxing gym! @Peabadboxingclub is my new home! #Healthylifestyle #hardwork #dedication."

Earlier this week, expert Steven Miller, who runs the Fatnosis hypnosis program, estimated that Arg, 31, now weighs 18 pounds and has a height of 40 inches.

"I'm really worried about Arg," he told Best magazine.

"Being so big can often mean that you are on death row.

"I want him to realize that he may soon have a heart attack, a stroke and even cancer because of his size."

And Arg – who has a relationship with the diva TOWIE Gemma Collins – had previously commented on his weighty battles, admitting he had trouble sticking to good habits.

"As for my body, I have to work on that. I have to go back to the gym and start boxing again, "he said.

"I'm desperate to get back on track. I have to work on my physical condition, which is my number one resolution for the New Year, but I find it very difficult.

"I have a hard time getting into the routine and structuring my work. I am here, there and everywhere.

"I will not set myself a goal, I can not put myself under pressure."
