And Charlotte Crosby continues to be a defiant display during her sun-soaked break after sparking over her aroused-enhanced features.

The train Geordie Shore star, 28, recently displayed a startlingly smooth complexion in an Instagram snap, leading fans to 'beg' her to stop getting surgery.

However, the reality sensation came as a result of the comments, as she enjoyed a beautiful stroll on the beach with her handsome handsome Josh.

Charlotte showcased her curves in a cream jumpsuit which she accessorized with a black belt cinched around her slender waist.

She wore her pink locks in a loose natural style, while sporting a glamorous coat of make-up for her day out in the South American country.

Josh rocked a pair of baby pink swim shorts, which he teamed with a white T-shirt that featured a black and white image and a neon lettering.

The couple appeared to be in their embrace and embraced each other.

Charlotte and Josh strolled hand-in-hand as the couple chatted and joked together before padding in the shallows of the sea.

The couple have gone from strength-to-strength since they have been an item last year, with their relationship playing out on her reality show.

Their day out comes after the Mirror reported on their recent Instagram posting with Charlotte's loyal fans begging her to 'stop the surgery' after undergoing both a nose and bad job, as well.

In the seemingly now-deleted comments, one follower is said to have written: 'Poor girl's face is badly swollen. Is it an allergy? '

Another reportedly added: 'She should have stopped with the surgery, Botox & fillers a long time ago.'

Charlotte was greeted by fans and could not resist poking fun at one of her most notorious onscreen mishaps.

The fan posed with the reality star while holding up a sign saying, 'Have you peed your pants today, Charlotte? LOL. '

Charlotte has been known for bed-wetting antics on Geordie Shore following drunk nights out.

She has been defiantly defended by Lorraine Kelly for wetting the bed.

And the fan in question could not resist being cheeky as he was holding up the sign while Charlotte happily posed away.

Charlotte has spoke about her various surgeries in the past and in 2016 she unveiled her new nose after a rhinoplasty procedure.

Speaking about her decision to go under the knife, the reality star opened up to the Heat magazine about why it was so important to her.

Charlotte admitted from the show's hearings drove her to have surgery.

She told the publication: 'It's not like I can hide it. If I had not been on TV, I'd never have got it done.

'I do think [my nose] cause a lack of confidence, and you always compare yourself to other people who are on TV as well. '

She added: 'You just think, I hate it, especially on television. I think it will make a big difference to my life in the world of being photographed and always being on the telly, not having to worry about where to stand or what angle to go from.

However, Charlotte did face backlash from the Loose Women panellists after Janet Street-Porter grilled her about the procedure in 2016.

She said: 'Good luck to you, it's your choices, but what message does that send to your girl, who do you watch, follow you on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram, who might think, "My nose has a lump in it goal I have not got £ 4,000 to change it? "

In October 2017, Charlotte confirmed she had undergone surgery to correct her 'unibad' after she was bodyshamed by vicious online trolls.

Speaking to Heat magazine, the reality sensation – who suffers from a medical condition called conbad symmastia – admitted that she would also compare herself to other girls, leading her to undergo corrective surgery.

She confessed to the publication: 'My uni-bad made me feel under-confident. It (conbad symmastia) really limited what I could wear without people saying, "What's wrong with her bads?"

And being in the public eye only meant that the Sunderland native was heavily targeted for 'deformed' bads on social media.

'Because I'm famous, if a picture of me is online, people say things like' They're so bad, they're stuck together ' of the comments she got online. '

Charlotte, who has made no secret of the fact that she enjoys a night out, also lamented the lack of bady clothing.

She said: 'I get them done once a year, I had a big problem down the sidelines, but once a year that's it and I do not think they're that bad.'

Shortly before her TV interview, Charlotte spoke to MailOnline about her surgeries as she said: 'I have no regrets over my surgery. I never went over the top. I'm very happy, and I have a lot more confident than I had the correctional (bad job).

In November, Charlotte revealed she had broke her nose in a crash while holidaying in Cape Town.
