Accra, April 25, GNA –
The management of Modello Properties Ghana Limited in partnership with Dagbo
Limited made up of New York, United States, for the construction of 20,000 homes
units across the country over the next ten years.
The project, which is
also in partnership with Civic Engineering Expert Limited and CREDEF Finance
Company would give Ghanaians the opportunity to own and live in high quality housing
houses.

The CEO of Modello Properties Ghana Limited expressing himself at the launch of Modello
The City Home project in Ghana stated that the project was intended to complement the
effort to increase Ghana's housing needs while reducing the current deficit in
the more than 1.2 million.
"It will be
affordable for households earning a wide range of income (low and middle income
workers), "he added.
He said the
partnership, would see the first project, the Modello City Homes built through
three different areas in the Greater Accra region, namely Oyarifa, Amansaman
and Prampram.
He said the company
was entirely Ghanaian and owned a limited liability company, focusing on three
services, including: project development, real property management and
Sales and Marketing.
Mr. Atta said that
projects would feature recreational centers such as a gymnasium, swimming pool,
Tennis court, basketball court and health center with 24-hour security.
