Dr. Yaw Osei Adutwum, Deputy Minister of Education, revealed that the government led by Akufo-Addo was always ready to offer free tutorials to former president, John Dramani Mahama, and to any other Ghanaian missing information on the implementation of free high school SHS) rule the dual-track system.

The statement signed by Joyce Bawa Mogtari, special aid to the former president, said that Mahama had never opposed the free movement policy. She added that the former president had never stated anywhere that the free security policy was bad.
She explained that former President Mahama had gradually implemented the SHS technology for free and that as such, he could not oppose the said policy, adding that Mr. Mahama was only advocate for better implementation of this policy.
