Attorney General and Minister of Justice Gloria Akuffo admitted that, although she was still a younger woman, her romantic relationships were with the husbands of other people and nothing was wrong at that time.
Gloria Akuffo, Attorney General and Minister of Justice of Ghana, revealed in an interview with Joy FM that some of her romantic relationships were romantic relationships while growing up with her husband.
In a startling revelation, Akuffo answered the question of radio host Lexis Bill about the paternity of her children: "They were the husbands of some people".
The government's chief attorney said that for a young woman growing up in an environment where polygamy was not necessarily frowned upon, she found nothing wrong with her choice.

"You know my origins I was born in a big house and at that age you really did not think that there was anything [wrong]. But seriously, maybe I would not have done it today.
But coming from a polygamy background, we grow up without really seeing anything wrong with having a relationship with someone [husband].
And it was serious relationships, not that I'm philandering or anything. Longstanding relationships. And it is from these relationships that I have had my children.
Because my doctor insisted that I had to have [the] children ".

It has never been a mystery that many professionally accomplished Ghanaian women have not had the most exemplary married life.
This does not detract from their achievement, but in a very conservative country like Ghana, they are still considered incomplete in one way or another.
At the same time, Akuffo also said that the CEO of the Menzgold gold distribution company, Nana Appiah Mensah, better known as NAM 1, could not yet be brought to Ghana.
According to her, although NAM 1 was acquitted in a case against him in the Emirati capital, Dubai, he can not be brought to Ghana, as requested.
