Carly Barton says that cannabis is the only thing that relieves her chronic pain. She therefore cultivates hers and informs her of the police. After suffering a stroke at the age of 24, Carly developed fibromyalgia, a neurological condition, which means she lives in constant pain. Her suffering became so serious that she took morphine one day every two hours, with little effect. Carly's life changed forever when she tried cannabis, but despite the changes to the law, it's still difficult to get an NHS prescription. Carly joins us today to hope to facilitate access to cannabis for medical purposes for patients like her.
