TAMPA, Florida – A Tampa Bay couple will host a new show on HGTV titled 90-day dream house.

The show will air throughout the country on Saturday, April 27 at 10 pm. AND.

"We are building new homes as fast or faster than they are going back," said Brian Kleinschmidt.

Brian Kleinschmidt and his wife, Mika, will take the owners to visit three or four houses to see what they like or not.

"We say well, take all the items you love in these houses, gather them all together and build yourself exactly what you want and it's the house of their dreams," Brian said.

Each episode of one hour covers the construction of a new house from beginning to end.

The couple said he was eager to present Tampa Bay.

"We love this city, it's our home, we're excited to show it to the world, it feels like Tampa is still a secret and it should not be, so we're excited to share that secret with you." the country, "said Brian.

Brian used to return homes when he lived in Nashville. He managed until the recession hit.

"I did a good job for a while, I became a bit greedy and I did three houses at once, I probably did it at the worst time in the history of the United States. The couple knocked down homes in the Tampa Bay area but got tired of surprises.

"Once we started to tear down the walls and remove the floors, we simply can not predict a lot of unknowns," said Mika McGee-Kleinschmidt.

About four years ago, the couple sold one of its three Anytime Fitness franchises and used this money to partner with local builders to build new homes.

"We started to look to the market, then the new construction came and after probably 4 or 5 new builds, HDTV was born," said Brian.

The couple is delighted that the show is airing this weekend and is eager to help others get settled in the homes of their dreams.

"We give them a brand new home, full of character and charm, in 90 days or less, and that's sort of where the show is born," Brian said.
