Black Widow's independent film, Marvel, will improve Avengers: Endgame

There is a time in Avengers: End of the game it does not quite achieve what it is supposed to do. In general, this might not seem noticeable in a movie full of decisive moments in the capital – of course, some of them will not work.

But it's not a moment, you will not miss it, and it's not unimportant for the story or the larger universe of Marvel Cinematic. This is a decisive moment for Scarlett Johansson's Black Widow, one of the oldest (when it was introduced in the MCU) and the most important players in the franchise, and the fact that does not work emphasizes both the good and the bad about his film tenure.

Although she has starred in seven films (and has made cameos in a couple more), the death of Natasha Romanoff comes and goes like a drop of rain during a storm. The following sequence establishes a strange balance between tragedy and comedy. The couple's discussion about who will sacrifice themselves to collect the stone – which is really affecting, given what we know of their common history, and because that's the only time the series Hawkeye's mbad murders, under the appearance of Ronin, is really taken into account (he does not think that he should be forgiven, and honestly, he's right) – s & # 39; entered into a bidding competition that fails to hit a consistent emotional tenor. On the precipice, they fight and get drunk using all the weapons of their respective arsenal to prevent the other from jumping, and whenever it seems that one could have the advantage, the tables turn to new.

Their fight leaves them hanging from the edge of the cliff, Hawkeye desperately holding Natasha's hand to keep him from falling. She made peace with her decision; as she tells Hawkeye before they fight, the Avengers are her only family, and she's still trying to get them right after they've greeted her despite her checkered past. The death of Black Widow is based on emotional foundations that have not been asked

There is a bigger problem in the fact that Natasha played a supporting (or co-directed) role in each of the seven films in which she played, rather than making headlines in her own movie. She did not have the same kind of time spent as, for example, Iron Man or Captain America, whose releases from the Marvel film universe have a much greater emotional impact.
