Mike Thalbaditis' restaurant opened a month after his tragic death.
The star of Love Island was found dead on March 15th.
He had spent the last months of his life opening Esbad's The Skillet café alongside his partner, Scott Neilson.
A little over a month after his death, his friend made sure his dream came true.
Mike's reality TV friends, including Scott Thomas and Montana Brown, went to Loughton's restaurant for a launch party on Friday night.
The restaurant has officially opened to the public today.
Scott had confirmed last month that the restaurant's opening would continue after Mike's death.
He said in a statement: "Just to answer all the speculation, I want to make it clear that we'll open The Skillet when it's ready." It was a difficult week to keep things moving.
"However, Mike would have liked this café to open – he has spent the past two months working hard every day to make this place a success, so we are working to prepare it for everyone, especially Mike.
"I can not wait to share it with you all, and I will announce the date of opening soon."
Montana spoke enthusiastically about his visit to The Skillet in his story on Instagram last night.
She said to her fans, "Hello everyone, I just got back from a curried evening with the girls, but I thought I'd let everyone know about the official launch of The Skillet.
"I went there today and it was amazing, I can not believe it, everything is finally together." I would like Mike to be here to see him, I'm so, So proud of him and I can not wait for you guys to go down and get some food.
"I'm going to jump over tomorrow to meet some of you and I can not wait to see you there."
