Can cow urine (Gaumutra) really cure cancer?

Cow urine apparently has a long history of therapeutic use in India and this tradition has been practiced for over 5,000 years according to Ayurveda. Over the years, many Hindu believers have suggested that drinking virgin cow urine has divine benefits. Having it early in the morning on an empty stomach can actually cure a lot of ailments. In 2014, some people testified that "gaumutra" cured people with diabetes, tumors, tuberculosis, stomach problems and even cancer. These affirmations were supported by spiritual leaders, which led more people to attribute this information to the word of God.
