Bitmain, the development company Blockchain and AI, announced today the official availability and launch of its new Antminer T17. Announced for the first time in February, the single-mode miner is equipped with the new generation AS13 7-nm chip, BM1397.
The new Antminer T17 is the entry model of the 17 series with a hash rate of 40 TH / s. It uses an entirely new design to improve the stability and performance of the miner while effectively avoiding dust, similar to the S17 Pro and S17. It offers energy efficiency of 55 J / TH and is equipped with the next-generation chip that offers deeper improvements in energy efficiency, generating more revenue for miners.
In addition, the Antminer T17 uses dual tube heat dissipation technology to reduce wind resistance. The space between the air inlet and the air outlet has been reduced by 50%, which improves the heat dissipation, which further improves the long-term functioning of the minor and reduces maintenance costs for users.
The Antminer 17 series includes two other models that can be purchased via Bitmain, the Antminer S17 Pro and the Antminer S17. All products in the range come with an APW9 power supply to improve energy efficiency for more stable mining and savings in electricity costs.
