The deceased, James Nudutor, was the chairman of the branch of Ghanatta "B" polling station in the Suhum constituency.
According to a report from Dailyguidenetwork.com, his lifeless body was hanging on a knotted rope on Saturday, April 27, 2019.

His body was seen in his guest house where he has been living and working for some time.
YEN.com.gh understands that Nudutor has left three children and that his neighbors have not yet determined the motive for his action.
Dozens of residents who rushed to the scene were shocked and some suspect that his frustration led him to commit the act.
The police have since carried the body to the morgue of the government hospital of Suhum for an autopsy.
