Gary Neville says that Yuri Tielemans should be at the top of Arsenal and Manchester United's summer shopping lists.
The Belgian midfielder has been on loan to Leicester City this season.
The 21-year-old was once again remarkable against the Gunners as he inspired a 3-0 win and Monaco will be listed for the bids after the end of the season.
Leicester had hoped to keep him full-time, but his high performance is such that he could lose.
Neville clearly thinks that Arsenal and Manchester United should make him yours – and that Tottenham should also be tempted.
"With Tielemans, I think the problem that will arise in Leicester is that there are midfielders among the top six who need to be strengthened," Neville said, which will make it difficult for Fox fans.
"He's 21 and he's available for 40 million pounds, and he's proven in the Premier League, almost like a dress rehearsal in Leicester.
"Leicester might have a hard time keeping him because of the fact that other clubs might want him."
City boss Brendan Rodgers may be fighting to keep him.
When asked if Leicester would sign Tielemans permanently, he replied, "I'm not sure.
"I think there will be a dialogue between the two clubs, he is a player we would like to work with but I can not really add much to that.
"I can understand that the fans will like to watch a young player like that and I'm sure the club will do everything they can to get him."
He added: "What he paid to do is create and score and he does it very well.
"It was a magnificent James cross [Maddison] and it's important that you have players eager to score and it was a great shot also in a very tight game.
"He has shown great efficiency since coming here and, for his age, he has a great maturity in his game and I am very happy for him.
