Warning: Game of thrones season eight spoilers to come!
Game of thrones spent most of the eight seasons blowing a fiery dragon fire all over the concept of a happy ending, but the recent Battle of Winterfell pleasantly surprised his fans when Arya rushed to kill the king of the night. Behind the scenes, it looks like a totally different story – and even more beautiful – unfolding, and we're here for sweetness.
On Monday, in an Instagram post, Isaac Hempstead-Wright shared a photo of himself and the Night King actor, Vladimír Furdík, in a full-fledged character on what appears to be a particularly whimsical day of filming . "Here is an excerpt from the alternative episode 3 ending in which the king of the nights becomes the caregiver of Bran and they both live happily," said Hempstead-Wright to the legend, in which Furdík holds an umbrella for protect them.
Hey, maybe the king of the nights is actually a very cold-hearted guy who cares about his friends and even goes looking for White Walker manicures with them (never say anyone). While this is, to say the least, exaggerated, it is amusing to imagine an alternative ending where the king of the night is actually taking care of Bran, especially if you consider all the dark bonds that unite them in the series. We will have to wait to see what is planned for Bran, but in the meantime, take a look at the preview of the episode next week.
