The house was a gift from the monarch and is located at Home Park, the private property adjacent to Windsor Castle.
A royal source said, "His Majesty wanted to officially welcome the Susbad into their new home, so it was their first visit.
"After all, they have practically moved to their backyard.
"She visited other family members and Harry and Meghan were excited to show them. The Queen was at Windsor Castle at Easter and wanted to see Meghan before having the baby.
