A plane in the center of a security alert at Glasgow Airport was nothing suspicious on board.
All flights were suspended from and to Glasgow Airport after the flight crew, who had just landed from Gatwick, sounded the alarm at 10:25.
Initial reports suggested that the incident, which had closed the track for 30 minutes, was linked to a suspicious package.
Police later confirmed that a search of the aircraft had given a "negative result", but investigations were ongoing.
Pbadenger James Gale said he was not aware of any problems on board until he checked Twitter.
The 21-year-old from Brighton told BBC Scotland: "Nobody seemed to know anything, not visibly for me anyway.
"The captain just said we were waiting for a booth.
"It was only while watching on Twitter that I discovered it."
When the aircraft stopped, it was announced that there had been an incident on board.
Mr. Gale added: "The captain said that there was a security incident but not in our plane, and when we were arrested, he announced that he was safe. was acting on our plane and we had to get on the buses and head to the place where we are still at now. "
He added that the pbadengers were then taken away from the plane and escorted to what one person later described on social media as a "survivor evacuation room".
Mr. Gale stated that he saw no one arrested and confirmed that the police were retrieving pbadengers' personal information before they were allowed to continue on their way.
A spokesman for Glasgow Airport confirmed the end of the incident and the reopening of the runway shortly before 11 o'clock.
The Scottish police said the officers had been informed of a safety incident by the flight crew.
A spokeswoman for the force said: "Officers spoke to all pbadengers on the affected flight and were able to continue their journey.
"The plane was searched with a negative result and nothing was found.
"The circumstances surrounding the nature of the security alert will continue to be investigated."
An EasyJet spokeswoman said: "EasyJet can confirm that pbadengers on the EZY883 London-Gatwick-Glasgow flight have been delayed on their unloading upon arrival in Glasgow, purely as a precaution, due to security checks additional.
"The pbadengers were disembarked and taken to the terminal.
"The safety of its pbadengers and crew is always the priority of Easyjet and we thank the pbadengers for their understanding."
