A California woman in her twenties, who had just returned from an international trip, is suspected of exposing measles to a movie theater in Orange County broadcasting "Avengers: Endgame," reported Wednesday.

NBC reported that Orange County Health Care warned all moviegoers at the AMC Theater in Fullerton on April 25 at 11pm. until 4 o'clock in the morning
Health officials advise these viewers to check their immunization history and to notify their health care providers.
Carlee Greer-McNeill, AMC Fullerton employee, told NBC with exasperation: "People, if you know you have measles, please do not come to the movies, let alone in a public place. "

The symptoms of measles include runny nose, fever and a rash with red spots. Most people get better, but measles can cause pneumonia, swelling of the brain and even death in some cases.
More than 700 cases across the country have been diagnosed this year.
The two-dose vaccines are 97% effective, health officials said, attributing the growing spread of the disease in recent years to unvaccinated people.
