(CNN) – California public health officials warn moviegoers who have gone to see "Avengers: End of the game" Last Thursday, in a movie theater in Orange County, a woman among the public might have exposed to measles.

The warning also applies to people who have been to buildings at 5 Hutton Center Drive in Santa Ana from Wednesday to Friday.
The woman who is in her 20s, has recently traveled to a country where measles activity, added the agency.
The agency said the woman was considered contagious between 23 and Wednesday and was voluntarily in solitary confinement at home. Placentia.
This is the first confirmed case of measles in the county this year.
Measles is a highly contagious disease caused by a virus that can spread in the air when an infected person coughs or sneezes or when someone comes in direct contact or shares germs while touching the same objects or surfaces. Symptoms may include fever, cough, runny nose, watery eyes and a rash of red pimples.
Dr. Julia S. Sammons, a pediatric infectious disease specialist and medical director of the Infection Prevention and Control Department of the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, said that once a person with measles, about 90% of contacts who are susceptible to this disease will develop the disease.
Measles case in the United States have surpbaded the record number since the disease was declared a nation that was eliminated nationally in 2000. Many cases have occurred in strongholds of parents at the shelter of vaccination, dominated by anti-vax misinformation and mistrust of the authorities.
According to the website of the California Department of Public Health, 38 cases of measles have been reported in 11 counties in California. In total, 14 cases were people who traveled abroad.
