Kelly Clarkson talks about fighting appendicitis while organizing the three hours Billboard Music Awards show last night!
The 37-year-old singer was rushed from Las Vegas to Los Angeles after the show to be able to undergo an emergency surgery Thursday morning (May 2) to remove her appendix.
"I'm not going to lie … I may have fallen in tears after the pain show BUT thank you to all the amazing people @ Cedars-Sinai, I went home directly after the event, I have been operated early this morning and I feel really good now! Kelly wrote on Twitter after the announcement of his state of health.
She added: "Goodbye, schedule ? #TheShowMustGoOn."
