A man is surgically removed two cysts from his bads after extreme penile swelling for three years.
The 30-year-old man was taken to a hospital on the southwest coast of India, where he showed the doctors his "domed and swollen tip" that looked like a "club penis".
Mail Online reports revealed that two cysts were standing side by side, measuring approximately 1.3 inches and 0.8 inches wide.
Man has been diagnosed with epidermoid cysts, caused by an accumulation of liquid or semi-liquid substances in skin sacs.
The doctors also discovered that he was suffering from phimosis, also known as the narrow foreskin, a condition in which the foreskin is too narrow to be pulled up the penis head.
The symptoms of the man were aggravated during a period of three years.
The doctors had to put him under anesthesia of the spine before circumcising him and removing the mbades.
Surgeons wrote in the Journal of Medical Case Reports: "The swellings were completely excised and the circumcision ended.
"Our patient had a smooth postoperative recovery and at follow-up, the wound had healed mainly."
They explained that the disease was rare but not life-threatening because penile squamous cysts are rare.
"The epidermoid cysts of the penis are mostly solitary and multiple, very rare," they said.
The patient would have fully recovered after the operation.
