the Star Wars: The rise of Skywalker trailer can give you chills in any form. A new 16-bit version of John Stratman reminiscent of the clbadic Super Star Wars SNES game, with pixelated animation capturing film scenes and chiptune taking John Williams' score.
In addition to the newly digitized crack of the Emperor, several memorable moments of the trailer have the same dramatic tone in 16-bit animation. Our new heroes standing in front of the remains of the Death Star, for example, reinforce the importance of Rey's journey and the need for good to overcome evil.
Star Wars: The rise of Skywalker will arrive in theaters on December 20th.
