Police in the Tema West municipality, in the Greater Accra region, have arrested some suspects related to the death of an 11-month-old child missing last Wednesday.

The boy, who disappeared while he was playing with his older brother, was found dead in their skeptical tank on Friday afternoon.
Superintendent Sandra Adjei, commander of the Adjei-Kojo District Police Command, confirmed during an interview that the boy had been found dead in a pit in the area.
"We are currently investigating the matter to establish certain facts, so I do not want to say more," she told DGN Online.
Several media reported that a resident had seen the corpse in the sewer plate around 2.30 pm and had sounded the alarm, attracting some residents to the area before the arrival of the police .

When the father asked where was the little brother and they both rushed outside, the little boy was not there, he said.
He added that the lady who had told her that her father was calling her was not there either.
He said "Then we badumed that it is the lady who took the baby."
