Students pay a moving tribute to an elderly woman who visits them every day

"I was still shocked by the fact that so many kids want to say goodbye," Davidson said.

People through Twitter felt many, a lot things on this story.

Tears flow literally down my face.

That made me cry. There was an old lady sitting by the window that I saw every time I pbaded the path to the dog park. One day she was gone and I regretted never having had the opportunity to say goodbye. Good for these children!

As she is sweet and for these children. To recognize her is wonderful. Can we put this on a constant repeat please?

This is one of the most touching things I've seen all year. Our children will save our planet. I just know it.

This is not the first time Davidson receives a sweet tribute. In 2014, the local school held a meeting in his honor. And in 2016, seventy students arrived at her home to offer cards, cookies and cuddles for Valentine's Day.

"I was shocked, they did not stop coming and go and I just could not believe what I was seeing," she said at the time. I think I'm the luckiest woman in the world, really and really, I have so much joy from them. "

CHEK News was on the ground during this incredibly delicious moment and captured all the sweetness of the camera. "You make me cry!" Said Davidson. "I did not know, it's just a shock, I'm in shock and I'm so overwhelmed once again."

That makes two of us.

And to reflect, all this wonderful tradition started with a simple decision from Davidson.

"I just liked the look of the kids and they all looked inside and I thought to myself," If they look, I'll waving to them, "and that's that's how it all started, "she said in 2014.

Sending a lot of love to Davidson as she embarks on her move. I have the feeling that she is going to have a full many visitors.
