– Former President John Mahama has been compared to Jesus Christ
– According to Kofi Adams, Mahama was down in the 2016 elections but will increase in 2020
Former national organizer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Kofi Adams hopes that John Mahama will be re-elected president in 2020.
According to him, Mahama will be resurrected as Jesus did after being crucified by the people whom he served.
"When Jesus Christ came to this earth, He healed the sick, fed those who were hungry, and did many things for the needy and humanity, including signs and wonders, but what about him? arrived later?

"They despised and crucified him when the time came. But he is resurrected and, in this way, ex-president Mahama will again be president,"He told Okra FM, based in Accra.
In a rather religious tone, Adams compared the loss of Mahama in the 2016 election to the crucifixion of Jesus Christ.
He said that the fact that Mahama lost heavily in the last election does not mean that he will not be able to rise to the presidency anymore.
He added that, just as Jesus Christ is resurrected, the CND will come back to power after the 2020 elections.
"It is not that if you are in life, it means that it is your end; you can go down and keep climbing, it's the teaching of Jesus Christ and we're convinced that, as it happened to Jesus Christ, the same thing can happen to a political party like the NDC,"Mr. Adams expressed.
He felt that God's plan was to allow the NDC to lose the 2016 elections in order to expose the misleading nature of the Akufo-Addo-led government.
"God himself knows why he did not allow John Dramani Mahama to win the 2016 elections because I'm sure he had won these elections, the noise that the NPP sparked was causing Accra, the cleanest city in Africa The Mahamas were numerous and therefore they should be reduced and I am sure that they will always say that Nana Addo would have used 50 ministers if Mahama had won the 2016 elections.

"But through the change of government, we have seen Nana Addo appoint 123 ministers to the government and be unable to make Accra the cleanest city,He said again.
The former national organizer of the NDC added that the NPP government lied, claiming that all the party's campaign promises were supposed to deceive Ghanaians.
