Katie Price has finally unveiled her new face during her first public appearance since her surgery.

The old glamorous girl flew to Turkey last month to do a facelift, a tummy tuck and a liposuction as part of a total makeover.

She has now shown the results as she was preparing for an appearance at the Autism's Got Talent event at the Mermaid Theater in London today.

Katie came on stage with Harvey, 16, to talk about her own experience as a mother of an autistic child and to introduce the next performer.

She debuted in her new hair, with long, blind curls that stretched almost to the waist, and wore a casual outfit made of leggings and a long, loose t-shirt.

It looks like she's kept her ample outfit as she is still forced to wear a special compression undergarment after the operations on her belly and bad.

After the multiple operations, Katie would have become worried for her face after waking up to see that her pillow was covered with a yellow sticky substance that had infiltrated her wounds.

A source told The Sun Online that Katie was so worried that she asked for help from a doctor.

They said: "Katie was in shock and was suffering and had to call an NHS doctor.

"It was a cut behind his ear that had been infected and was leaking. It was horrible. "

The op face left her features swollen and Katie admitted that she thought she looked like "an extraterrestrial" but she denied allegations that she regretted not having undergone several surgeries.

In an article on Twitter, she shared a link to a story about her surgery regrets that also suggested that she was begging for painkillers during her recovery.

Katie insisted that this was just not true because she is very happy with the result.

She wrote, "This story is so wrong that it's actually the opposite of how I feel and not asking for medicine.

"I'm up and about @comfortzonesurgery in Istanbul have done fantastic with everything."
