The late J.B. Dankwah Adu was murdered at his home in February 2016.
A member of Assin Central Kennedy's Parliament, Agyapong, claimed that a bloody nightgown belonging to a woman had been found at the scene of the death of MP Joseph Boakye Danquah, who died three years ago.
He then made these allegations in an interview with UTV.
Mr. Agyapong testified that he was invited to the scene of the crime by the Ghana Police Service (GPS).
He said at the scene, he saw a woman's wear soaked in blood.
The MP was of the opinion that if the owner of the dirty nightgown could be found, it would be easier to find out who was behind the murder of J.B. Danquah.
It is unclear what Mr. Agyapong is trying to do, especially at a time when he is one of seven other people that the wife of the late MP Ivy Heward-Mills has sued.
Ms. Heward-Mills, who recently accused IDC officials of investigating the murder of her deceased husband, sued her, said Mr. Agyapong, who is himself an investigation into a murder-related murder. , for accusing her of having bad with investigative journalist Anas Aremeyaw Anas.
Despite the lawsuit, Mr. Agyapong said he would continue to "dig" the circumstances that led to the murder of the late MP for the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in East Legon in Accra.
