Washington DC: The researchers say they have found a combination of existing drugs that can be effective against blood cancer and affect mainly the elderly. The researchers tested to determine if arsenic trioxide (ATO), an existing drug, was effective in combination with all-trans retinoic acid (ATRA) in the mouse model and in humans.
